Tools: Coronys ETS™
By using the Coronys ETS™ framework, most of the tests development efforts are code-less. Developing Test cases, Test Procedures and Test Suites are done by drag & drop only.
As an Open Platform, the Coronys ETS™ tests developers can use any scripting, and or programming language for implementing the Test Logic of a Test Step. (which are the very basic testing atoms)
Using the company’s Easy Scripting Language ( ESL™) maximizes script development productivity.
Using ESL™ enables tests developers to best benefits from the real-time, event driven and other powerful capabilities of the ETS™ Executive Core
In addition using the ETS™ IDE (Integrated Development Environment ) makes it even easier and more intuitive.
The ETS™ IDE comprise:
- ESL™ (Easy Scripting Language) Source Code Editor
- Automatic Script Generation tools (for full automation)
- Full Source Debugger
ESL™ - Coronys Easy Script Language
The Coronys proprietary ESL™ facilitates swift yet powerful script programming. This interpret language consists of a simple syntax, which is very fast and easy for learn and convenient in usage, while enabling very powerful testing capabilities. ESL™ Editor is tightly integrated with the ETS™ Executive Core, thus facilitates the extremely powerful yet convenient environment for even low level script development.
The ESL™ API Library provides an ESL™ programmer direct access to strong capabilities of the ETS™ Engine. Among numerous classes of ESL™ API Library are:
- Test Flow Management
- Wrappers for Serial , IP communication Protocols like Telnet, SSH, SNMP
- Automation and Testing Equipment (ATE) communication interfaces like VISA, GPIB
- Complex proprietary protocols emulation over TCP, UDP, HTTP, pure IP as well as over serial channels
- Asynchronous events and their service routines definitions
- Windows graphical interface objects manipulation
- Integration with other programming languages via DLLs, static libraries, COM-Objects and other
- Unified Databases interface (ADO)
- Rich utilities like string and XML manipulation libraries, hash and lookup tables etc.
- ..and many Others;
ESL™ Debugger
ESL™ Debugger is a Full Source Debugger, simple to use, and rich of debugging capabilities.
Using other software and scripting languages
Other scripting languages such as TCL, Python, Perl, and others may be used with and activated by the ETS™. In addition test written in C#, C++, C, Java and other languages can be easily utilized and managed by the ETS™
